Synterex is excited to welcome Natasha and Taylor, who were accepted into our medical writing fellowship program in January 2023. Read our interview below to get to know them and their experience so far.

<p>As a member of the first cohort of the Merck Drexel Advanced Leadership Program for Diverse Suppliers, I was given the opportunity for the first time ever to attend the Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) on August 11th and 12th in Jersey City, NJ. The BDR is an organization that promotes and shares best practices in supply chain diversity. </p>

<p>As the founder of a disability-owned business enterprise (DOBE), I was proud to attend the Disability:IN conference in Dallas, TX, in July 2022. It was a week of highs and lows. </p>
