<p>As a member of the first cohort of the Merck Drexel Advanced Leadership Program for Diverse Suppliers, I was given the opportunity for the first time ever to attend the Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) on August 11th and 12th in Jersey City, NJ. The BDR is an organization that promotes and shares best practices in supply chain diversity. </p>
